Hot

If you’d like to take your tea or coffee on the go, there’s a few things to know! For hot beverages, always use our insulated options such as our Big Mouth® Sport Insulated Bottle which keeps liquids warm for 6 hours, or our insulated lunch jars which keep your food warm for 6-8 hours.

Caution! Our Big Mouth tops can only be used with liquids under 100℉ because hot liquids create a pressure build-up which can cause the Big Mouth lid to open on its own. To stay safe and avoid spills, always use our universal lid for hot beverages — or go lid-free. And, be sure to use your silicone sleeve for a softer, comfy grip.

Warm

For warm liquids, feel free to use any of our bottles or tops. For warm foods, our insulated lunch jars are the perfect option to keep your food ready to eat for hours on end.

All of our infant bottles are ideal for lukewarm liquids — like warmed breastmilk or baby formula! But remember: you never want to give your baby any liquid above 99℉, and always test it with a few drops on your wrist before serving. Also, make sure to NEVER put anything stainless steel in the microwave.

Room Temp

Any of our stainless steel bottles or silicone sippy cups are perfect for storing room temperature liquids. Plus, our lunch containers are great for storing room temperature snacks or meals! If you’re living in a very cold or warm climate and would like to keep your food or drinks at room temperature, we recommend choosing one of our insulated bottles or insulated lunch jars!

Chilled

While most bottles are cold to the touch when put in the fridge, Pura’s removable silicone sleeves keep your hands from getting chilly. So, if you like your liquids cold, you can either pour pre-chilled liquids right into your Pura, or simply pour your beverage of choice into any of our stainless steel bottles and stash it in the fridge until you’re ready to drink.

For meals and snacks, our lunch containers work great with an ice pack — or you can use our insulated lunch jars to keep food cold for 6-8 hours!

Frozen

Want to keep liquids extra cold and frosty? Our insulated bottles are the perfect match! You can add ice to your preferred beverage to keep it cold for up to 24 hours. Just be sure not to freeze the insulated bottles with liquid inside as this can cause pressure changes that can damage the bottle. However, you can freeze our non-insulated options instead!

If you’re looking to freeze breastmilk, simply use Kiki™ Silicone Sealing Disks with our regular (non-insulated) infant bottles. Note: when freezing, do not overfull the bottles (above 8oz line for 11oz bottles or above the 4oz line for 5oz bottles). This can cause the bottles to deform as liquids expand during the freezing process.
