1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open exclusively to subscribers of the Pura Stainless email list. Employees of Pura Stainless, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you accept the decisions of Pura Stainless as final in all matters related to this giveaway.
3. Contest Period: Entries are accepted from 3/4/2024 to 3/31/2024, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month.
4. How to Enter: Submit your entry via email to social@purastainless.com. Entries must fulfill all requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete or non-adhering entries may be disqualified. Limit one entry per person, but multiple content submissions within that entry are allowed to increase your chances.
5. Prizes: Seven (7) Winners will each be allowed to select one (1) free bottle from a specified selection provided by Pura Stainless. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Pura Stainless’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Pura Stainless. Winners will be notified via email within five (7) days following selection. Pura Stainless is not liable for the Winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for providing incorrect contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand that Pura Stainless, anyone acting on behalf of Pura Stainless, and Pura Stainless’s licensees, successors, and assigns, will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Terms & Conditions: Pura Stainless reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason, including if infected by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond Pura Stainless’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
10. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Pura Stainless website.
11. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Pura Stainless.
12. Social Network Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social network.
